You reap what you so. No one to blame, but the voters who keep voting for entitlements at the sake of their own liberties. Sheep. The rest of the country is following suit. I don't feel sorry for CA or any state that elects socialists to "lead" them. I find it sweet justice.

We'd love to send back to you many of our SoCal immigrants who began to arrive about 25 years ago, looking for cheaper housing, better, safer schools and neighborhoods, cleaner air, lower taxes etc.   We'll even give many of them some gas money for the trip.

But you have to take back the gang bangers that they raised up once they arrived.

I hate the beach to be too windy.  Sometimes sand blows into my Snooki Dark Tanning Maximizer (highly recommended by Snooki herself AND nolaegghead - see link below).  I haven't lost a sock in a while because I mostly like to feel the rocks and sand as I walk the beach in rolled up Dockers.  I did lose a pen last week.  DAMN IT - WHERE DO THEY GO?!  Maybe I could move to Somalia.....(happy dream!)

I don't know, I don't usually ask. 

Just about every culture has been conquered, merged or (often forcibly) relocated at some point in their history.  I'm just pointing out (tongue in cheek) that it would be illuminating to to be aware that most of us European immigrants are a diaspora with a history not unlike the history of the indigenous people, except they've been here tens of thousands of years and I'm pretty the last cycle in Utah was under 200 years ago. 

I could drive out to Salt Lake City and buy a condo, decorate it with a Ikea furniture and declare myself indignant about Californian families moving into my neighborhood.  Anyway, no snarkyness intended, just trying to keep it real.

Look at the bright side.  At least you don't have earthquakes and raging forest fires.

Move to Detroit- It's great this time of year. The cool weather keeps the shootings down to 1 or 2 a day.
