Pulled pork nachos = hardest dish to make.

Is there anything harder? I mean, it requires leftover pulled pork. Thankfully I had some and gosh darn its delicious.

    These are friggin awesome.  Cheese, sour cream, jalapenos....mmmmmmmm.

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Ha I will post tonight once home from work. I used blue corn tortilla chips, layer of pulled pork (the pork I did using same method Travis uses for his brisket with the beer/allegro), pickled jalapeño slices, diced black olives, gringo hot salsa, and shredded cheese. Put in a stone and in oven for about 15-20 mins. Just damn good.
