Wow that is beautiful. I bet a high school football team can wreck some pork!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

You should share out the pics from the boys chowing down. Watch out it could become a good luck charm and before you know it your roped into a weekly cook....

That handle is great, where did you find that?

Here are the particulars, the setup is platesetter and stock grill over a drip pan 7butts on the stock grill and one on a small grill set ontop of the butts, on the bottom I used bambo sticks to seperate all butts. Smoke was hickory and apple temp was 240 because we only found out about the dinner at 7:00pm last night so I cooked at a higher temp than usual.I made the handle out off apple wood the shape works out perfectly for a forearms closer when yours hands are messy.

It looks like the Fluke is: http://www.amazon.com/Fluke-Input-Digital-Thermometer-Series/dp/B00012Z124/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pdT1_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=3RKT5A2IKSMQE&coliid=I1VMM8LRD873S
Pricey compared to the Thermoworks model which looks very similar. No idea if there's any better accuracy for well over $100 more. I have the Thermoworks model: http://www.thermoworks.com/products/handheld/TW8060.html

Fluke is always pricey. Great products though.
