Wife watched a vidio of minis in action. She now demands one for our anniversary this month. How great is that? My large is tricked out with all sorts of accessories. So what are some useful accessoris for the mini? I'm in a position to slam the cost of the mini plus accessoris into the "anniversary budget" and intend to take full advantage of that very rare instance. Mini owners, help me out, please.

Bayside...just an FYI for you. The 2 tier will be available in a medium and small. Happy anniversary in advance.Franco Ceramic Grillworks www.ceramicgrillworks.com

They should sell the mini with the woo that's how much I use it, look on amazon for some pizza stones too and you'll have your indirect setup complete. Then a wok from the wok shop and a small cast iron griddle and you're all set.

Thanks misu. I have a wok and ring that should fit perfect. I'll check out the woo.My actuary says I'm dead.

I'm in agreement with misu. In case you haven't found the goods yet, here's some links: http://www.amazon.com/Old-Stone-Oven-4444-Stones/dp/B0000E1FDC http://shop.ceramicgrillstore.com/mini-10-woo-ring/ The 10" CI cooking grid is so new I can't find a link for it. Not sure what size wok you have. I have this 10" carbon steel wok from the Wok Shop: http://www.wokshop.com/store/detail.php?show=64 It sits well in the Mini (in the Woo or without the woo) and without the need for a wok ring. Try to get a Mini made this year to increase your odds of getting one with a 10" diameter SS cooking grid for the best fit on that Woo.XL, Large, Small, Mini Eggs, Shirley Fabrication 24x36 Patio, Humphrey's Weekender, Karubecue C-60, MAK 1-Star General, Hasty Bake Gourmet, Santa Maria Grill, Webers: 14" WSM, 22.5" OTG, 22.5" Kettle Premium, WGA Charcoal, Summit S-620 NG
