I've done a pork butt that way. Just curious if anyone has done ribs that way. What were the results if you had?

    yes, they're fine
I had to because I was cooking for a party and they needed the ribs late so I FTC'd and 3-4 hours later they all loved them. Can't tell if there's much diference from "fresh" ribs but at least they stay warm

I have and will if I have to take them on the road and serve later.  They keep heat pretty well but I definitely prefer them fresh and not FTC'd.
