My Brother is up from florida so doing a stuffed pork loin for dinner .Stuffed with cream cheese and garlic and feta cheese ,sautéed onion,spinach portabella  mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes . with a attemp at wrapping in bacon dusted inside and out with perk up your pork and dizzy dust rubs . will be doing it indirect @375 grid temp hopefully for about 1.5 hours on the LBGE while the XL cooks the veggies of zucchini ,squash and eggplant .Thanks to Griffin for the idea  http://griffinsgrub.wordpress.com
