Scamp Grouper- old school

Had a great offshore trip earlier in the summer. Landed one of the largest scamps I have ever caught. Sorry about the fog in the pic but somehow my phone ended up in the cooler (probably those 8AM breakfast beers!). Anyway dipped into the flash freezer stash and had a great dinner. Did it old school and drizzled with Italian dressing. Fed over 8 with plenty of left overs. Served with grilled pineapples and home made caesar. Oh also did a Peach and Blueberry cobbler (doubled the fruit as suggested from jfarley post). All goodness!
