Utility Chicken Legs

These were thawed for a meal earlier this week, that did not work out.  They needed cooking, so they are just ending up done and put up for lunches.

Sprayed with EVOO and then dusted with Traeger Souvlaki.  Interesting flavor.  Skin turned out nice.

Done direct, raised grid at 400 for 30 minutes until internal approached 180.
