Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Yum! Mickey, do you also heat your tortillas on the egg? I was thinking of getting the lodge CI pizza pan just for this purpose. Thanks

Bolner's makes a good rub. I use lots of their spices, and just used their chicken rub the other day.

Hey Mickey, you might see if you have a local mexi market that has a meat counter. My mexi market, La Azteca - Metroplex chain, does fajita meat in chicken and beef. The beef is really thin and looks all fatty and such, but grills up perfect. Seasoning is loaded with MSG but dang, it sure makes great tasting fajitas.....twww.ceramicgrillstore.com ACGP, Inc.
