I did one of my favorites tonight.  Lasagna BGE style.

 Pre-Egg,  Cooked,  Plated

    We did that on Sunday and several commented it was the best they had ever had!

  • I planned to do one tonight but got home a little later than anticipated...grill was dirty...no lump inside..so I stuck mine in the oven because I didn't know how long it would take. What temp and approx how long for a small lasagna? covered or not? indirect or not? TIA!!

    350 Indirect,   I go 45 minutes then add the cheese to the top and go another 15.   I do not cover.
