I'm always trying to come up with new ways to use the meat we cook each week.  I cooked a brisket this past weekend.  Monday night I made brisket fajitas
They were awesome.  I keep it simple.  Sour cream, onions, peppers and a good salsa with brisket.  This will be on our regular menu.
