Turbo Ribs

I have made ribs a few times since getting the egg and they have been very good, but not great.  The best ribs I have done have been the ones attched to the bone in pork roasts that I have done.  Since I do those at 350 indirect, I decided to give some ribs a try at the same temp.  Did two racks of BB, with a combo of pecan rub and Butt Rub.  They were the best ribs I have done yet.  Very moist, great bark and flavor with perfect consistancy.  I also really enjoyed the fact they took 2 hrs vs. 4-5.
