First time using grill grates on my Med. BGE, doing pork chops so after marinateing before placeing on grill grates do I mustard them too? With grill grates do I use WOO or PS?  Just use rack and grill grates?   Also does anyone know how corn on cob cooks on the grill grates?  Both are a first time for me and I have family over! Yikes, Please help..

I did big thick brined chops on the grill grates the other night. Did them direct on the gg (on top of the rack). Think it was around 400 dome. I turned them when they had nice marks and used a little sauce. Came out perfect! Don't be scared, you will be fine!

Your corn will be great on the GG's.  I use them for all direct grilling.

GREAT!  Thank You.  What about corn on cob on grates or should I grill them on my small BGE?
