Country Style Pork Ribs HELP!

I bought some and have no idea what to do with them. Any advice?

Rub them and indirect at about 275, like ribs. You can go a little higher too. They should take a couple hrs.George

Yeah, these are just sliced chunks of pork butt (shoulder). Low and slow with rub is the way to go. They can be delicious but if you don't cook them through to 200 or so, they are tough as nailsKeepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

There may be a discrepancy in how to cook, based on the type of country rib you purchased.

I have loved the "country style ribs" for many years. They are meatier than real ribs and taste just as good when barbecued.
