Two questions: can I stir fry on a cast iron frying pan on the BGE? and if I can, does anyone have a low cal sauce I can use.

You can do it, but the pan is going to take a lot longer to get hot enough and to recover. It definitely is not ideal.XL BGE

Yes you can, just be sure the pan is well oiled. I make a nice sauce with 2tbs hoisin, 2tbs low sodium soy, 1 minced garlic and 1 tsp minced fresh ginger and a dash of shiracha and honey. Stir it in right before serving.
