Made baby backs, skillet cornbread, roasted peaches, and corn tonight. Everything was great. I was able to put the ribs on and take the kids to the pool and the egg was the same temp when I got home 3.5 hours later. Something I definitely couldn't have done wih my old smoker.

I forgot to get a picture of the cornbread but I figured out how to get around my thermo issues.

My thermapen light fits perfectly in the thermo hole of the egg.
