egghead newbie
As the title suggest I'm new to the egghead community and really eager to learn the forum protocol as well as the exciting BGE cooking experience. After approx. 20 years of grilling on a Sunshine Legend 3 LU -- nothing exciting only dogs, burgers, chicken-- my wife and I are ready to try some real cooking. We recently purchased a large egg and a cypress table with a stainless steel top. To date I have only taken delivery of the table since I'm in the process of staining it plus we have a small house addtion in process. Looking forward to being part of the community, learning form the experts and hope you all don't mind leaning a helping hand to a newbie!!

I just joined the forum last night. I've had my BGE for just over a year and I can't tell you how much pleasure it has been. From my very first attempt - leg o' lamb last Easter - to the M&M cookies with my daughter last night - I am always amazed and thrilled with the magic of smoke and cures! I look forward to the insight and wisdom of this forums "sages." There are no mis-steaks. Any meal can be "cured." Have no fear, Bluecrab. Go forward and Egg - it!There are no "Mis-steaks." Everything can be "Cured!" Have no fear. Go forth and "Egg-It!"
