Hello all you eggheads!! A newbie here as I bought my first BGE XL today and am so excited to start egging. I'll be reading thoroughly this forum, learning and hopefully contributing where I can. I look forward to forums with fellow eggheads. The 'lighting of the XL egg" begins tomorrow am and I hope to go start strong - baby back and spareribs, then move to pork butts and steaks over the next day or so. I plan a marathon egg initiation.
