Had a Tbone and Ribeye on the mini tonight, cooked on the woo that came today @ 400 for a while then pulled off and let fire get hot. Wok'd some mushrooms, then walla sweet onions then put the steaks back on regular grate for a quick heat up at 550 degrees. Fun times, getting better with my fires. The meat was 2lbs total, plenty of food for those looking at the mini's.
For those considering a woo, the non 10" grate works but can slip around a bit. I ordered the 10" grate (not used in this cook) and mini woo but you can get by if need be if $ is an issue.
Resting after cook before high heat.

10" wok so need to break up cooks but you can still fit plenty

Never tried a sear, but this high heat was good enough to work my way to that one day steaks came out med well.
