    Happy 4th everybody. Butts are resting FTC after a 13 hour cook to 190°
    Now on to the drinks and prepping some fireworks. Ah yeah...
    Large BGE, Mini BGE, Weber Summit sitting lonely in the corner...

    Thanks everyone, I was late getting them on di it pushed everything back!! Will definately learn for a future cook! I pulled and and people devoured it! I guess that is what is to happen. I have one at home in a cooler that I will pull later tonight for leftovers !! Yummy!

    Don't know your dome temp or local time zone but it could be a late pull for tonight if running a traditional low&slow butt cook.  Enjoy the journey.
