That looks like some mighty fine eating. What type of wood did you use for the smoke. Was it heavy or light smoke. This is going to be Sunday dinner.

I use cherry for beef. I smoked mine about 1 hour then at 250 then opened her up to 350 to finish. I pulled mine when it reach 145 ... I put it on the counter with a foil tent and it finished at 155. Smoked Meatloaf is awesome and makes yummie sammiches.[p]Doug
