I just put some chicken and squash on. Enjoying the evening off work but man it's hot!

Funny we are doing the same thing.... well almost
Chicken thighs in some sort of balsamic / garlic marinated wrapped in foil pouches and yellow squash that has been previously sauteed warming in a glass bowl.

Looks good. The wife wanted broiled fish so we used our oven for the first time in a while........it was kind of weird.

Cool and tending towards rain here in Pacific Northwet, Egg preheating from some BBQ chicken hindquarters.

Actually not hot here in the Palm Beaches. Spatchcocked a chicken Mickey style (400F raised direct) !
