Pork Loin with Orange Marmalade Mustard Sauce

Made this on the egg the other day, came out great!

Pork loin rubbed with olive oil and rubbed with fresh chopped rosemary.  Cooked over 375 until 140 deg.

While near the end of cooking spread :

1 c orange marmalade

2 Tbsp white wine vinegar

3 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp soy sauce

heated to melt.

 

It was great!
