Can I cook a calzone directly on my plate setter? I don't have a pizza round stone.

It would probably be too hot for the calzone to put it directly on the plate setter. I would pickup a pizza stone.
-
If you want to try the plate setter I would try it legs down and @ a temp lower than the usual 500-550.Edina, MN

I did it directly on the the plate setter.
Perfect.
Only reason I'd purchase a stone is the size. -
If you have some bricks, you can put them under your plate setter. I make pizza like that.

Plate setter will work. I don't have a stone for the small so PS feet down works just fine
