The spouse likes loaded pizza. I understand and appreciate less is more, but I have learned in 31 years of marriage; happy wife, happy life.
I thought I would do a step by step this time.
I will not say I have mastered thin crust, but I have had a string of successes. Lots of pics to follow.

What temp Doc?

This is store bought dough. I think it is a mistake to push store bought outside the recommended temperature. I did this at 400, but the stone was well heat soaked so it was very stable at that. This was 400 indicated by the Mavrick on the stone. The dome temp was about 50 degrees higher.

Is that on a raised grid?

Agree about less is more. More pizzas are good of course but lack distinction. Less pizzas, say around 3 maybe 4 ingredients beyond the sauce and cheese have character. In addition they are recreatable. You can have them over like an old friend. And when you talk about them with others their is mutual understanding and appreciation. They become family!
