Thats how I am going to roll for a while, Got a severance package today and was not that bad.
IPhone Interview went ell and they are flying out to do a one on one.
The Brisket is about to come off and should be good.

Brisket is complete and I sliced me off some and had a plate before I head out to the lake this weekend.
Then off to fly fish in Broken Bow OK next week. Im Hoping to catch some trout and smoke them on the egg.

I just realized you've kept the Egg @ 185 F, that's very low! I usually pull my briskets @ 200 F, your fire wouldn't even get it there!_____________

The Fire held steady at 185. I didnt even get a final read on internal temp when I pulled it. wrapped it in foil after 14 Hours and let it go for another 3 hours..It was my first one and I have learned some lessons of things I will do different next time.
