Im wondering everyone favorite seasonings??
i prefer garlic, buffalo, onion, and more and more garlic.
right now we have johnnys seasoning salt and a few of my own special dashes of randomness and a buffalo rub that i love (buffalo wild wings).. and today i got a few dizzy pig samples in the mail. I would say i am lacking big time! We started eating paleo about 6 months ago (ALL MEAT!!) so i'm trying to venture out from the usual. It has been fun with local farmers CSA's and getting random meat ive never heard of and now i finally have an egg to cook it on - I LOVE cooking.

This thread has a bunch of rubs/seasonings. http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1139703/weapons-of-meat-destruction/p1Dizzy Pig products are pretty popular around these parts. He's a fellow egger so that gives him a couple points too.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

Like Dizzy Pig, but Simply Marvelous rubs are the best IMO.
