A big thanks to Gary for getting us started with WOK cooking and Griffen for my stir fry recipe. I made mine with chicken and added bean sprouts. Good flavor and not salty. I will do this again soon.

Great looking stir fry.  Nice thing about the dish, you can toss just about anything into it.  Have you ever tried lop cheung chinese sausage, little sweet, but great addition to any stir fry.

Looks like great fried rice to me.  Good idea with the bean sprouts.  I think I'll throw some in on my next batch.  Nice seasoning on the wok, too !

Of the wok cooking I've done, I'm cutting down on the fish sauce and soys without losing flavor. I have a big gas burner on my stove but nothing like a BGE burner. I feel the higher temps are making my food taste better.

Dammit!! That's Griff-IN with an IN! [-(  Just messin' with ya.

That's some nice looking fried rice. Super easy to do, especially with those packets. I actually found a bunch of them on the 50% off section at my grocery store the other day. Looked, but couldn't find an expiration date of anything. Also picked up some beef and brocolli mix.

    OOPS! Sorry :)
I always want to make everything from scratch but after seeing you use the packets, I'm going to re-thing the 'always from scratch' thought. Very easy with the packet, no MSGs and great flavor. Thanks for the ideas.

Yeah, I agree with you on trying to do everything from scratch when possible, but the packets are easy and cheap,

Is the wok on a spider? It looks low to me. I use my spider in the "up" position. Great looking cook and as Gary said well done on seasoning the wok.

Thanks. Yes, I have the spider in the up position. Maybe the angle of the camera?? I have a large BGE with Ø16" wok.

When I got my wok shop wok, I did all my seasoning on my egg. After each use, I spray with Pam and put back on my egg and close everything to cool my egg. It gets a few hours of warm when my egg is cooling.

I think I will be doing a wok meal 1-2 times every week. Very easy, quick and it keeps the mess outside.

Great looking cook, Bigguy, but, ahem, we're still waiting for some full pics of your table!  You can leave the faucet running if you wish.   :D

I mounted the fridge last night and I found the tubs I'm going to use at Home Depot. I will pick up a few more tubs and get some 'C' channel ordered Monday for my rails for the tub slides. Very, very close.
