I just received the BGE as a gift on Thursday, I couldn't wait to try it out.  Purchased a 7 lb butt  Thursday morning and put some rub on it, Friday @ 6:00 am it was on the BGE.  Thirteen and 1/2 hours later  @ 260 dome temp, and here is the finished product.  I was amazed how easy it was, next weekend going for the briskett.
