I am doing a cleanout burn on my Large and at 500 degrees, noticed condensation bubbles on the dome coming out of the glaze.  There are little cracks in this area of the glaze.  Any advise or a normal occurance.

    cracks are crazing, tha's normal.

the condensation is actually water in the ceramic being forced out under heat. also normal (but usually only following lots of rain and periods where you used the egg infrequently)

Good.  I am going to continue putting the heat to it.  Beef short ribs put a beatdown on the egg.  Thanks
