Granite size for large table

I have managed to score a free piece of granite that I could use for a table. I was just wondering how wide the piece would have to be for my large egg to fit? I am thinking maybe 56" long or so.

My wood table came with my large egg. It measures 60 X 25 so 56 would work fine.

I plan on getting a piece of granite for when I build my table, what size hole are you cutting into the granite for the egg? Do you plan on sealing the granite to wear good in the weather?

Naked whiz says 21" hole for a large. I think im going to match the 60" BGE table length so I can throw their cover on.
