Great weather in MN over the weekend, couldn't pass up a rib cook.
Platesetter legs up, rib tips on lower grate, SLC's on upper grate. Would have liked a little more pull back on the ribs, but they were still great. Think I need to do a cal check on my thermometer.

Nice racks Scooter...agree on the nice weekend in MN.
