Steely Dan is on pandora, Flying Dog Pale Ale in a bottle, and a spatch, fingerling potatoes, and some fresh mushrooms are on the XL. Who cares about the weather? I have some good grub on the way. Happy Friday everyone.

Totally. I rub with salt and EVOO before cooking and NOTHING after. They do really well on the egg, soaking up just the right amount of smoke. I got this multi colored bag from HEB.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here. -

Ok you talked me into trying the fingerling potatoes. They look good. Stop by next week if you are in the neighborhood.
