I got up quite early and tended to the Boston Butt all day in anticipation of a delicious dinner. And then....my daughter brought home 3 strapping hungry teenage boys. Guess what happened!?! There isn't much leftover strawberry shortcake either. Next time I'll double all the ingredients. And no one will show up.

@flachick , go ahead and double the recipe! Butts, pulled, freeze great. I you have a vacuum sealer they are super easy to warm. Just sit in hot water to dethaw. I tend to give a good bit to friends when I get too much out away.thebearditspeaks.com. Go there. I write it.
