and even woth snow, what's the problem. one of my best cooks (read: least effort) was during a blizzard. 27 inches overnight. from bare ground to a drift literally taller than and surrounding the egg. i opened the back door, leaned out, and with a broom swept encroaching snow away from the bottom vent.
shut the door and at 1pm or so the butts were done
weather has no effect. even wind.

I would rather have snow! Seems like the last few times I planned a cook this happens.
BTW- Thanks to everyone for posting some great info on how to cook yourself into being FAT and HAPPY!
