So I was chosen to make the chili for a Superbowl party. Cow lick it is, here are the ingredients - I added a few carrots and removed

the serrano chili. And here it is all together and the main cooking is starting (meat fully browned etc...). 2 hours and its all ready. The party will be

very happy I certainly believe. Toughest part is measuring out the ingredients, really quite simple.

Looks great! I never tried it with carrots, but I made a recent change to the recipe by eliminating the cinnamon and adding (2) 1 oz. squares of semi-sweet chocolate per cookin biker's suggestion. A nice change.
