First overnight cook

Just started up the BGE for my first overnight cook and my first attempt at brisket. Only doing a 5 Lb flat first time out. Enjoying watching the graphs on the computer using StokerX and Stokemaster on the iphone.

What thermometer do I need to buy to do this?

Texves, using the stoker from rocks bbq.So, fire went out had to restart, finally got the meat on around 1:30am. Looks like it's hit the plateau, had a good nights sleep thanks to the stoker.

Broken through the plateau. Planning on pulling off at 195°F.
