The Microplane Meat Tenderizer

Microplane is a cool company. They originally started making very sharp, laser etched wood rasps (I have a couple in my shop) and then branched into kitchenware (zesters, cheese graters, etc, I have four in my kitchen too).
Now they have a meat tenderizer on the market:

I'm thinking about trying this just for my Fajita/skirt/flank steak. Otherwise, yeah, I don't need a meat tenderizer. :-t_____________

Skirt steak needs it. I have them run it twice at the store.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
