1st rack of lamb on large BGE

Just got my large BGE as a Christmas present. Been cooking on my Weber Silver for over 15 years and loved it. I have done everything on it and a ton of low and slows. Looking forward to doing these on the BGE and not having to add fuel every hour and a half. Did this rack of lamb the other night. Seared at 600 degrees for 2-3 minutess a side then finished at 400 degrees until meat was around 135 degrees. Pulled the meat and let rest for 10 minutes or so. I love this gril!!!!
