Great pics MM, but I have to ask the obvious. How many hours did it go and did you have enough lump in that Egg to go the whole cook without adding more?

There's a pic up there.. It was on the BGE for 24 hours. I really pushed it to make it that long so we could all eat at the right time. Coolering in foil and towels is such a godsend for that![quote]
