152 lbs of pork...

Just put on 152 lbs of pork on the smokers...I've missed the smell of smoke.

    Wow ... I'd have to take out a mortgage for that much meat!

    How many & what smokers are you using?

    We're helping a friend feed 150 people today,  We're cooking the meat here at the shop and will load the cambros up and he will take to the gathering later today.  We have a Stumps loaded to the gills as well as a couple of our Eggs taking up the slack.  They're smoking away.
