Boston Butts on Large BGE

Needing to cook four eight pounders on the large - any suggestion for fitting them all on at one time? Normally cook two using the V rack with platesetter and drip pan method.

Do you have an extra cooking grid? If I'd put two on the bottom, rest a cooking grid on top of them and put the other two (smaller two) on that grid. Maybe a 3 down 1 up would work as well.

Question, if cooking 2 butts side by side, doesn't the outside meat cook faster therefore creating a need to rotate the meat?

I have only smoked one at a time so far at 230 deg for 16 hrs and love it, but was wanting to do 2 for thanksgiving. thanks
