How to best fit 2 - 9 pound bone in pork butts on Large BGE?

Hey everyone!  I'm a proud new egg owner, have done lots of ribs, steaks, and a few single pork butts since getting my egg 2 months ago.  I offered my Large BGE up to cook 2 - 9 lb. bone in pork butts for a party this weekend for 30 people.  How can I best fit the 2 butts on the grate?  Use a rib rack upside down?  Stand the butts up on their ends vertically and cook them that way?

I just want to make sure that they don't overhang the plate setter.  They are big enough that I know they will touch some, and I know I should probably estimate a little extra cook time as they will likely cook like one larger piece of meat instead of 2 smaller ones.

Any advice or guidance for this newbie would be greatly appreciated!

Matt
