Whole Ribeye

I have had my BGE for about 5 years now but I have never tried to cook a whole ribeye. I tasted one at an egg show about a year ago, but do not remember how he cooked it. Any suggestions would be great. I got one today to cook on Saturday. It is about 10lbs.

I've heard of some great results cooking at 250. I haven't tried it personally, I usually do mine at 325.. for me it helps to accommodate the different people I'm serving it to /:)remember to post pics after you cook it.context is important
