<p />Went to the store and found some tri tip steaks. Very lean. Marinated in teryaki sauce with pineapple juie.
Need to slice thin, but they also work great on shis ka bobs.

    Gotta hand it to you Mike, you sure eat good. Tonight for me it was an old,cold turkey sandwhich. Oh well there's always tomorrow..........

    We can modify that sandwich. Real easy without the egg. Take the turkey or ham and pan fry. Get some of those hoagie buns, place the turkey on one side and a good cheese on the other bun. Turn the boiler on for a few seconds and man want a sandwich.
    I love a Cure 81 pan fried and placed on hoagies with cheese.
