My pop just brought home some Red Snapper from the Gulf... I've never done fish on the Egg and would like some suggestions on how to best grill this up for the family. [p]Thanks in advance.

    One of the King's Men,
use your favorite seasonings but stay away from a heavy tasting rub, maybe just sea salt, fresh ground pepper, sliced lemon, drizzle butter and olive oil, bake at 325 until done. An orange, honey, jalapeno, cilantro glaze would do it good.

    Chef Wil,
Thanks for the advice... this is my maiden voyage (so to speak) grilling seafood.[p]I'm guessing that the fish is "done" when the meat separates easily... is that accurate?
