Fresh banana and (?)peppers, ideas for cooking?

Hello, I am looking to cook the attached peppers up tonight, can anyone offer an idea of something similar you may have done on the egg? My neighbor pulled them out his garden on his way out of town to the beach yesterday I definitely want to make use of them.

    You can stuff the big ones. The thinner ones you can roast, sweat, then peel to add to other dishes.

    The ? peppers look like green cayenne.Pretty warm.There are 2 banana peppers,one is hot the other is sweet.You may want to try a little piece before you go to the trouble of stuffing them to make sure that they are not too hot for your taste. ;)
