bacon weave

I am trying to figure out if there is an easy way to do a bacon weave? Anyone have info on how to do it?

The only thing I might add to the video is to do your weave on a large enough tray that is covered with waxed paper. It will make moving and handling the finished weave easier. Here are a couple fatties I have done. The top one I cut the bacon in half length wise for a smaller weave.
