No pre-cooking. Work the dough out to size, add all the toppings, straight out to the pizza stone. About three minutes, pull the paper and let the pie cook till golden brown.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
