Got my egg a couple of years ago, and I have been trying so hard to duplicate the "pro's" :laugh: here from the form for many, many months. I have posted a few of my successes, and some of my non- successes, always with the grace of comments from my fellow Eggers, that would make a minister on Sunday feel jealous. You are all just so kind, and helpful. that is just unreal. I talked a fellow "Elk" Lodge member into buying a Medium Egg last winter, it was used, but it was Not Used, as we all know the term. He hesitated for months to use it, he was just a ole smoker......Well, he tried the egg on a pulled pork for the Elk Lodge, and now he can't stop taking about it. (Becoming kinda embarrassing for all the praises). He is now buying a Large, and doing many more kooks for the Vets.......
It's just amazing, what the internet can produce to make people happy.
(Still trying to get my beef brisket to look like the pro's)!!!! Hope you all stay cool down south, here in STL we are going to get HOT!
